Ingredients
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
- 1/2 - 2/3 cup rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 pound of White Oak grass-fed beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Mix well and add milk or yogurt as needed to moisten. Shape into a nice loaf, place in a greased bread pan, and spread homemade catsup over the top (avoid high-fructose catsup). Bake uncovered for 45 minutes to an hour at 350º. Serve with more catsup and mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes.
