Italian Style Pork Meatballs and Marinara

Everybody loves meatballs. They are a fun way to get your hands dirty and enjoy some deliciously flavorful and varied treats.

3 lbs  White Oak Pastures Pasture Raised Ground Pork
3 White Oak Pastures Pasture Raised Eggs
3 TBL Worcestershire 
3 TBL Dijon Mustard 
2 TBL  Oregano - Fresh Chopped 
1 TBL  Rosemary- Fresh Chopped 
1 TBL Sage- Fresh Chopped 
1 TBL  Parsley- Fresh Chopped 
1.5 C Bread Crumbs 
1 C Parmesan
1/4 C Crystal Hot Sauce
2 TBL     Garlic Cloves- Chopped               
To Taste Salt and Pepper



Combine all ingredients and mix well. Sear in a pan or Bake straight in the oven at 375F for approximately 10 minutes or until cook through. Serve with your favorite marinara sauce, a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and fresh chopped herbs on top.
