
Everybody loves meatballs. They are a fun way to get your hands dirty and enjoy some deliciously flavorful and varied treats.
Ingredients:| 3 lbs | White Oak Pastures Pasture Raised Ground Pork | 
| 3 | White Oak Pastures Pasture Raised Eggs | 
| 3 TBL | Worcestershire | 
| 3 TBL | Dijon Mustard | 
| 2 TBL | Oregano - Fresh Chopped | 
| 1 TBL | Rosemary- Fresh Chopped | 
| 1 TBL | Sage- Fresh Chopped | 
| 1 TBL | Parsley- Fresh Chopped | 
| 1.5 C | Bread Crumbs | 
| 1 C | Parmesan | 
| 1/4 C | Crystal Hot Sauce | 
| 2 TBL | Garlic Cloves- Chopped | 
| To Taste | Salt and Pepper | 
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Sear in a pan or Bake straight in the oven at 375F for approximately 10 minutes or until cook through. Serve with your favorite marinara sauce, a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and fresh chopped herbs on top.
