Butter Check Out The Banner Butter at Our General Store

Our Restored 19th Century General Store is stocked with local products from our farm and surrounding small businesses. One of our long standing products is Banner Butter. A Georgia business, Banner Butter started in 2012 and has grown immensely in just a few short years due to its high quality products. Made from cream from grassfed, hormone-free, pasture-raised Georgia dairy cows, Banner Butter is hand-crafted in small batches and carefully cultured. Cultured butter has a more complex, deeper flavor than the more prolific and industrially favored form of butter- sweet cream butter.

White Oak Pastures is pleased to support Banner Butter, a local business, and, by extension, the grassfed, local dairy farmers who share our belief in pasture-based animal husbandry. We believe in providing our local community with quality, sustainable food options. In a community as rural as Bluffton, it can be hard for individuals to access these kinds of products. We are proud to provide Banner Butter in our General Store because we know it is enriching our South Georgia community in an integrated, positive way. Next time you stop by our General Store, pick up some Banner Butter! We carry these exciting, delicious and versatile flavors: Sea Salt, Roasted Garlic, Basil and Parsley, Balsamic Fig and Carmelized Onion, Lightly Salted, Unsalted, Red Pepper Mash, and Cinnamon, Cardamom and Ginger.
