Blackberry Patch is one of the locally sourced products you can find in our general store

Who doesn’t love a good fruit preserve, jelly or syrup? Blackberry Patch uses local fruit to make hand crafted, small batch, genuinely high quality products. You owe it to yourself to have a quality fruit syrup if you’ve never had one. We love pairing their syrup with our ice cream and pancakes.

Thomasville, GA is about an hour and a half southeast of us, the same town that Sweet Grass Dairy is based out of! Blackberry Patch was founded in 1988 in Thomasville. They based their products off of recipes that were family favorites and Southern cooking techniques and the company took off. We’re so glad it did because their delicious products add so much life to our General Store shelves. Blackberry Patch products make great gifts and have endless culinary applications.

Keeping in touch with their small town-roots, Blackberry Patch has continued to honor a sense of community. They donate a portion of their profits to the charities Marion Medical Missions, The Gideons, and ECHO. We are so proud of our local South Georgia businesses which bring vitality and jobs to our area and uphold southern culinary traditions. Blackberry Patch became a delicious success story and we are happy to share some with you when you stop by our farm!
