Introducing: Shelf-Stable Pasture-Raised Pork Sticks

Corinne Kocher

While we love a slow beef roast as much as the next person, sometimes, convenient, on-the-go snacks keep us from getting a little… "hangry."

Introducing White Oak Pastures Meat Sticks: protein from your favorite farm, packed in a shelf-stable stick! Also called a snack stick, these portable snacks are good for on-the-go eating, whether that's on the trail, on the road, or on the farm.

White Oak Pastures Pasture-Raised Pork Sticks have just arrived to our online store, and we are currently developing a grassfed beef stick for later this fall.

Responsible, and Ready To Eat

Many new products and services nowadays are marketed as convenient, catering to new consumer preferences about ease and accessibility - think meal kits, easy microwave dishes, fast food delivery. Most of our customers also appreciate convenience, but they are probably more interested in other aspects of food like eating responsibly, bearing in mind the impact of their choices on land, animals, and society. While there are limitless schools of thought when it comes to eating "responsibly," at White Oak Pastures we work hard to have a positive impact on our land, treat our livestock well, and support our employees. The Resurgence Of Salves

Monica McLendon

Historically, people have used herbs as a primary treatment for wounds and ailments, as well as skin, scalp, and hair problems. Herbs are seen as the forerunner to over-the-counter skin care and first aid ointments currently used. As modern medicine developed, herbs were put on the back burner by the majority, but there has been a resurgence and proven validity as to their value. Today, herbal treatments remain a primary part of the healthcare industry.
