# Leather Clutch Workshop

White Oak Pastures invites you to join Fashion Design Professor, Wanda Brown, who retired from Florida State University, along with our leather craftswomen, [**Alena Ivakhnenko**](https://blog.whiteoakpastures.com/in-the-moment/alena-ivakhnenko) and **Rysa Ruth**, to fashion a beautiful **[leather clutch](https://www.whiteoakpastures.com/artisan/leather-clutch.asp)**. By adhering to White Oak Pastures' no-waste tenet, we are given the opportunity to fabricate clutches from the hides of our grass-fed cattle.

You will learn the history of our leather department first-hand, as well as the use of our leather to create closed-loop systems with quality ingredients. Each participant may choose a custom-sized piece of leather and one of four different water-based dyes in which to color their leather!
